What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026
TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.
His background tells you something. It means the founder knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, metals, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something this new, the breadth is solid.
Platforms
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from a single account. Many pick one platform. Access to both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for automated strategies but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is said to be on the roadmap. That will round things out when it arrives.
Accounts and Pricing
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Suits beginners.
Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your real cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not relevant to the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.
Infrastructure
The execution is the thing TabTrade stands apart. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.
Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says something about priorities.
Pair those fill times with the Edge account pricing and what you get holds up. Hardly anyone at this price point have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
Here is the detail that matters. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is expensive. Dodgy operations do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. This does not make it safe. It does factor into how you think about it.
The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual sign-up bonus. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you commit.
